On the attached workbook I have a pivot table summarising purchase orders by week number.
This is in the 'Purchase Orders' page.
On the 'Stock Report' page would it be possible to look at the item in AI11 and in AH24 show the purchase orders outstanding from the pivot table on 'Purchase Orders' sheet.
If Im understanding right, try this forumula in AH24
=GETPIVOTDATA("Sum of 40",'Purchase Orders'!$Q$3,"Material",$AI$11)+GETPIVOTDATA("Sum of 41",'Purchase Orders'!$Q$3,"Material",$AI$11)+GETPIVOTDATA("Sum of 42",'Purchase Orders'!$Q$3,"Material",$AI$11)+GETPIVOTDATA("Sum of 43",'Purchase Orders'!$Q$3,"Material",$AI$11)+GETPIVOTDATA("Sum of 44",'Purchase Orders'!$Q$3,"Material",$AI$11)+GETPIVOTDATA("Sum of 45",'Purchase Orders'!$Q$3,"Material",$AI$11)+GETPIVOTDATA("Sum of 46",'Purchase Orders'!$Q$3,"Material",$AI$11)+GETPIVOTDATA("Sum of 47",'Purchase Orders'!$Q$3,"Material",$AI$11)
