    Question Creating A Org Structure

    I have a list of all the employees for the company. In one column I have all the employees; in the other I have all their respective supervisors. There are THOUSANDS of employees and supervisors. I need to create a tree starting with my top individual on down. Any suggestions?

    Essentially I need to do a perpetual VLOOKUP or a Pivot table that I can continue expanding all the way down to the bottom.
