Formula Changes when Inserting a new Row

I have a table on one worksheet that will update from data on another worksheet but when I add new data the worksheet with the formula changes. Here is the formula =SUMPRODUCT((Log!$P$4:$P$65066=A5)*(Log!$M$4:$M$65066>=B2)*(Log!$M$4:$M$65066<=B3)) so what happens is where there is a "4" for the row every time I add data to the other worksheet the "4" will go to "5" and keep going up every time I add data. I need to add this, on the worksheet that I am adding the data I have to insert a new row.
