Producing a 12 month calendar of dates from a cell date

I want a formula that will create the month and year from a cell which contains a date

E.g. Cell A1 contains 4/5/13, I want Cell F1 to show May 2013

From that I want cell F2 to show June 2013, cell F3 to show July 2013 and so on for a 12 month period.

Can anyone please help?

That gives me the month and year from the date cell, however itdoesnt help in then creating the following 12 months which is what I need to do.

Maybe Im being "dumb" its been a while since I really challenged myself with formulas and Im a tad rusty in my brain thinking this through logically.

If you want that to be automatic you can throw an If in there... something to the effect of:

Depending on where your data starts and if you have any other date triggers that you want considered in A:A...
