Random names without any duplicates

Hi,
I am trying to create a random list of text.
Created a list with text1 - text60 in colum B. From here populating column E, with a random list of text. Problem is:
1. I keep getting duplicated text. How can I solve this issue.
2. Need to do a daily history dump every time the text in column E is refreshed (once a day) - data in column E to be copied to worksheet history dump. But the data being volatile due to the random numbers in the formula, I need to capture the data and dump / copied to worksheet history dump worksheet with the date stamp.

The attached spreadsheet addresses the first issue. That is the formulas draw out a random sample of 20 items without duplicates.

Anybody have a solution for the 2'nd issue? Also found another problem with the attached random text...if there is blanks in the text list(column B, I want to ignore the blanks. If the particular cells will be filled by a text value again, should be included again and not ignored anymore.
Anyone have a solution for this?

Is the data entered every day or only weekdays?

Data entry will only be weekly.

Attached is a macro-enabled version of the workbook. Calculate the Random sheet and then push the button to save the result in the log under the appropriate date.
