Unhappy Find entry in column that match another which is already based on a calculation

    Hi there

I need some assistance with formula which just doesn't want to work.

I'm building a document for our managers to update, the heading columns need to update automatically when info changes. for instance, I added a formula to a date column (B1) to show the next date from today. However, I now need to create a formula in column A 1 that will allow the text in the range A2 -A33 that go with answer in B1 to show in the heading.

I've tried numerous formulas and functions but none seem to give me what I need, I suspect it's because the date column which the second formula is based on, is already a calculated field.

I've attached an example of the sheet i'm working on.

i've been struggeling for a week and very despirate...
