Dependent Data Validation

I would need help on dependent data validation.

Example:

Cell : D2 has 2 selection (Call & Email)

Cell : D6:D13 ( TABLE 1 - Call )
Cell : D17:D24 ( TABLE 2 - Email )

Both above cell has data validation but I have to be only able to select data validation on the table based on the selection made at CELL D2.
Disable data validation of Table Email if option type selected as Call or disable data validation for table Call if option type selected as Email.

Attach is the sample file. Hope someone can help me on this
