Thumbs up Making a leaderboard in excel

    Hey everyone,

I've got a spreadsheet that is tracking wins and losses for 17 people. I have the wins and losses entered manually using W and L, and a counter at the bottom. This is for NFL picks, so I've got 17 tabs with everyone's name and each game for the given week. The counter at the bottom of each person's column updates every week with total wins and losses for the season. What I want is to take those total wins and sort them somewhere else with the person's name associated with them, so basically make leaderboard.

    Can someone help me out?

    Thanks
