    Question Finding Minmum distance between 2 GPS coordinates from a Single GPS Coordinate

    My problem is this.

    I have a bunch of 4 letter abbreviations (called EXCH) which correspond to GPS coordinates.
    I have a list of jobs which have a worker attached and have a EXCH attached to them.

    I have a starting point at the top of my spreadsheet, I need to know for each worker what job they have is closest to the starting point.

    ======================================================

    For those who look at my attachment. I plan to put in Column F in the blue area up the top, for each corresponding worker in Column A in the blue area which Project listed in Column B and Date in Column D in the white area is closest the EXCH listed in B3.

    For example I would like written in the F Column in the blue area "Will be Xkm away from B3 on DD/MM/YYYY when working on Project Y" where X is smallest.

    Because they are GPS coordinates you will see the calculation I use in Column D in the blue area.

    ======================================================

    Thanks for your help in this matter. I have been trying all sorts of Min functions using Vlookups but its just not working out.
