    Indexing Data From a Single Row into Multiple Rows Based a Number of Columns

    I am cleaning up data with multiple entries specific to a single point number. I have transposed the data into a single row and then indexed the data based on the number of columns in the row specific to each point. This worked fine until the specific data changed range going from 16specific columns to 14. I'm trying to manipulate the formula to start at the point in the row where the data range switches from 16 columns to 14. Hopefully this makes sense to someone....
