Substitute formulas for older version of Excel

I would like to thank everyone for their help. I’ve learned a great deal from this forum while working on this project.

    I have two final problems

    PROBLEM 1 OF 2

I need a substitute formula for COUNTIFS (in column BO and BP of 2012 DATA ENTRY SHEET), SUMIFS (in column BS of 2012 DATA ENTRY SHEET) and =MID(CELL("filename",A1),FIND("]",CELL("filename",A1))+1,256) (in A4 or the 2012 MONTHLY REPORT SHEET) so the spreadsheet will work in a 97-03 Version of Excel

In earlier versions of Excel you would use SUMPRODUCT.

    BO2: =SUMPRODUCT(--($D3:$BM3>0), --($D$2:$BM$2="OFFENDERS"))

The formula in A4 to show the sheetname, it works in Excel 2003. I'm pretty sure it works in '97, too.
