Multiply, Divide and Then Multiply in a cell

I am working on a preliminary budget that has some fixed construction floor space formulas in it. I am having trouble with the following calculation and I haven't been able to figure it out on MS Excel Help. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the calculation I am trying to get to work in a single cell:

=9000*232.2576/2*-5%

that works as it is -52257.96
what answer are you expecting?
=9000*232.2576/(2*-5%) gives -20903184

Thanks, I am looking for the cell to equal $992,901.24. I want it to back out the 52257.96.

If that takes care of your need, please mark this thread as solved.
New quick method:
Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved. To undo, select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.

Or you can use this way:
How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
