I've spent a lot of time trying to find an answer on this but I still can't find out.

I've got the following:

BLANK AAA BLANK DDD
BLANK BLANK BBB BLANK
BLANK BLANK BLANK EEE
BLANK BLANK CCC FFF

I'm trying to get the following result:

AAA
BBB
CCC
DDD
EEE
FFF
