Converted pdf document of addresses to excel - now i need the addresses in columns

Book2.xlsxI have a PDF Document that I converted to Excel. The Document is a list of addresses. I need to convert these rows into columns...
    Example:

    ABC WHOLESALE
    Joe Smith
    123 Elm Street
    City, State, zip
    PHone
    Fax
    web address
    contact
    contact
    contact

    etc.. etc.

There are 2,569 Lines with rows seperating the next address

I need to convert to the following format:

    Column A Column B C D E F G H I J
Company Address City State Zip Phone Fax Web Address Contact Title

ABC CO 123 ELM Mulberry CA 12335 555-1212 555-1212 uknown Joe Smith President

Can someone help me with this. I am not familiar with writing codes. I am familiar with Excel 2010. I would prefer to not have to go through each line. Thanks, Jen

It will be good if you attach a sample file.

    To Attach a File:

    1. Click on Go Advanced
    2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
    3. Click the button.
    4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
    5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
    6. This will open a new window File Upload.
    7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
    8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
    9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
    10. Close the window and then click Submit.
