copying cell contents to new cell in new work sheet

Hello all,

I'm new to the site and have a question I'm hoping somebody can help with.

Basically I would like to know how to copy the contents from a cell (in work sheet 1) to a new cell in (work sheet 2) if a certain text is present in another cell in work sheet 1.

for example, in worksheet 1, if cell 'K3' contains "No" then paste the contents of cell 'C3' into worksheet 2 cell 'B3'.

Can anyone help?
