summation of months data

thanks for viewing and putting time to my question

i want to add monthly data such that i get the following results

1) maximum of every month (nov 11 to Oct 12) from F Column
2) minimum of every month (nov 11 to Oct 12) from G Column
3) average of every month (nov 11 to Oct 12) from I Column
4) average of every month (nov 11 to Oct 12) from K Column
5) average of every month (nov 11 to Oct 12) from L Column
