I'm beginner of Excel formula setting.

Please kindly help me to set formula as the picture below

How to set formula sumif or countif or any formula for calculation total number of days in Sick and Errand leave and Absent column ?
There are questions shown in the attached file.

Please kindly advise.

I did change to attached file so you can see the link of image file again.

Anyway, I would like to upload excel file but how to do it?

I did click edit post...but I can't find "Attached file buttom" , only image link or insert image picture?

Well, I have tried to adapt your answer with the "Total Working Days" cell. As the formula below...

Though I check the formula and the answer of total work days is correct but I'm not sure if there is anything misunderstanding?

COUNTA($D12:$S12)-COUNTIF($D12:$S12,$U$4)*0.5-COUNTIFS($D12:$S12,$L$5)-COUNTIF($D12:$S12,$U$5)*0.5-COUNTIF($D12:$S12,$L$6)-COUNTIF($D12:$S12,$U$6)*0.5-COUNTIF($D12:$S12,$L$7)

Pls kindly reconfirm...
