formula range should start with 2.. see the below formula which is working fine:-

=SUMPRODUCT(('C:\Users\dilipkumar\Dropbox\personal\[ENQ.xlsx]LTD'!$A$2:$A$31<$B$21)*('C:\Users\dilipkumar\Dropbox\personal\[ENQ.xlsx]LTD'!$C$1:$I$1=$B6)*('C:\Users\dilipkumar\Dropbox\personal\[ENQ.xlsx]LTD'!$B$2:$B$31=C$1)*('C:\Users\dilipkumar\Dropbox\personal\[ENQ.xlsx]LTD'!$C$2:$I$31))
