    Calculating value of certain fields

    Hello - I need help!

I have attached a file to help explain what I am trying to do.

The first sheet (CY12 revenue) contains details of sales made by different individuals. The sale value is divided over a number of months. There are different types of sale (New, Upsell, Resign).

The second sheet (Account Managers) contains the targets and actuals for each account manager by month.

What I'm trying to do is create a formula that auto-populates the Actual line for each account manager by month. The confusing element is that I only want to include the values from the CY12 Revenue sheet that has 'upsell' in column B.

    Is this even possible?
