Vlookup won't display same entries

Hi All,

I'm having problems getting a second lot of data coming over using a vlookup formula (see attached highlighted in red). It is only bringing over 2 sets of qty no.'s instead of all 3. Am i missing something?

I noticed that when i typed in other numbers in each row going down, ie; 100, 200, 300 or 1,2,3 into the 'Act Qty' column on the K&N Upload Page' tab - these worked. however 21,21,23 doesn't work..... is my formula wrong?

It looks like the formula won't work with qty's that are repeated ie; 20,21,20 or 100,100,200. is there a way around this please by just altering the current formula or does it have to be a different formula altogether?

Why don't you use the container numbers for the lookup, as they seem to be unique (in your example, anyway). Put this in O2:

=VLOOKUP(J2,'K&N Upload Page'!$I:$J,2,0)

then copy across.
