Value with Corresponding Date if Falls Within Range of Dates

Hi,

I have a list of dates that need to be linked up with their corresponding value, in this case Gas Price. The Gas price is different every week and change on a Monday. The dates that I have are any day of the week which causes difficulty.

I have attached a sample, my actual file has 200 dates, which is why I don't want to do it manually.

Try this formula...
=VLOOKUP(B4,$A$4:$D$118,4,1)

The "1" means an approximate amount (but not over), so your table has to be sorted by date ascendingly.
