Split total number of pages into ranges

I am making a pagination plan for a book. I need to split total number of pages into ranges. What formula should i use? Hope to hear from you soon.

    Example:
Column A is total number of page
Column B is book page number
    Column C is actual page

    Row 1:
Total number of page is 9
Book page number should be A1-A9
Actual page number should be 1-9

    Row 2:
Total number of page is 2
Book page number should be A10-A11
Actual page number should be 10-11

    etc...

Is there any way to get rid of page numbers next to main sections? The count will be wrong, if both page numbers of main and sub sections got added.

    For book page no.
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    For actual page no.

This will work, only if B19 and B27 are empty. Because, B19/B27 are split again into sub sections. So, it will double count the page nos.
