    Condition Formatting

I have a status bar that i want the colors to change based on the total of the corresponding Financial Table, by month.

    Example:

If cell D21 equals zero, highlight D4 with green. If its greater than zero, highlight with yellow.

Sounds simple but I've been trying to no avail.

    Please see attached file.

    Re: Condition Formatting

You need to have two separate rules

PS: One of the rule has a typo. Should be D$21 not D$20.

JieJenn, thanks for the reply. Actually, based on the values in D21, I need D4 to highlight. Can you help with that?
