Custom List Sort - A struggling problem

Hi All,

I am quite new to excel. I have a requirment. I have rows of Data that comes from a source Something like below

#NULL#	30
Aerospace	50
Black	70
Catamarin	30
Total	210

This has to be sorted as below

Aerospace	50
Black	70
Catamarin	30
#NULL#	30
Total	210

Let me know how this can be achieved. I tried several ways.

#null# has to be at end of list ?..sort and filter will sort the data fast with a-z sort, but puts #null# first in list...still working it tho...

is it ok to #NULL# comes after MISCELLANEOUS MANUFACTURING or to comes after UTILITY ????

Wherever the postion of #NULL and Total in the list , it should be placed at the bottom of the list with #NULL,Total ending the list.

so, in the example, the total has already been placed at the end, is this the way the data shows up, or is total randomly placed to start with?...just wondering, because if total is always at the end,, you can do 2 filter sorts, Z-A, excluding last cell(Total), to put #NULL# at the end, then A-Z, excluding last 2 Cells, to put rest of data in alphabetical order, otherwise, if all data is same each time, or at least from same source, you can create a custom filter/sort..
