multi stage list box

Hello,

Is it possible to create a multiple stage list box? For instance: First step would be to select a material type i.e. gravel, pipe, concrete, manholes, castings etc...

Then depending on the type selected, only relevant selections would appear next. I would like for some of these to be 2 steps and some to be three steps.

Is there an easy way to accomplish this? I am ignorant of how to use vba.
