Count 3 months forward

Hi Peeps

Hoping you can help me out!

Can any suggest a formula that would count forward from a date 3 months and then backward to the nearest Sunday?

For example... if the date is 01/01/2012 + 3months ... count back to first sunday.. which in this example would be, Sunday 25th March

Any suggests would be greatly appreciated!

=EDATE(A1,3)-WEEKDAY(EDATE(A1,3),2)
