Mimic highlighted cells onto different sheet

I have a status bar with cells hightlighted by conditional formulas based on values of different cells. These are part of individual sheets for each distinct project. Now, i have a summary page where i want to see the same.

How do i ensure the highlighted cell is mimicked on the summary page since its color and there are no values? I've tried the =cell# but it returns a zero vs the color...

    I've attached the file sample.

on you're summary sheet, could you pull in the values from you're other sheets, and just have them CF'd with the required color and make the text the same color as the back ground?

i looked at you'r file, but the references in you're Cf are errors
