return a value based upon one of three criteria

Hello All,

I'm trying to have a formula in column A of the attached return a value based upon one of three criteria. If there is a value in K? or L?, then return K1 or L1 (it can only be one or the other or both blank), if column K and L are both blank for that row, then it should return that rows value for column B. The attahed WB has what should be the answers in rows A3 and lower if there is any confusion on what I'm trying to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.


=IF(and(K3,i3,isblank,B3)),if(k3,i3,>0,K1,I1)
