Formula to equal next cell below with value if cell below is blank

Hi,
I have a formula to change TRUE and FALSE from cells linked to checkboxes to values that can be used in an advanced filter. The only problem is that for an anvanced filter, criteria cannot have blank cells in between.
I'm looking for a formula which will bring back the cell that is the next available value in the column if the current cell is blank to get rid of the blanks
Any ideas? Or a better way to get rid of the blanks?

Hi EoghanMBH,

In your checkbox, you want if a cell is blank, then next non-blank value should appear.. correct?
Also, try uploading a sample workbook.. thanks.

I need exactly what you stated--if a cell is blank, I need the next non-blank value. I will be pulling this from one worksheet to another, some values are dates, some are currency. Can you help? I'm very frustrated.
