amended example of spreadsheet.xlsI have two databases - only one has addresses on it. I need a formula to look up customer values in first spredsheet and if this same value appears in second spreadsheet then copy the address details over from sheet 2 to sheet 1. Can anyone help with this?

None of your customer number match in your example, so no data would be copied across. Can you supply an example where there are matching customer numbers ?

Sorry, it was just a snippet so didn't include all data. Now amended.

Put this in cell H2:

then copy across and down as required. You will need to adjust the column widths, and you will see that some of your data is in the wrong columns.
