Smile Seeking help in using a Function / Formula in Excel

    Hi Friends,

I tried to implement the formula of "IF", but I’m unsuccessful in deriving the end results looking for.

However, I've have uploaded the spreadsheet for the ease of doing thing better and safer.

In the attached spreadsheet you'll be finding the data from column A to column O which is system generated and, from column P to column V the data is calculated manually as per the formula / data showing the headings.

Off-course, to some extent my formula is working 100% but for very large amount of data I'm facing
    challenge.

For instance, if you see the column O is the Actual Data which I'm trying to get that value in any of the columns P to V.

    In my report I succeeded in cell O2 = S2, U2 & V2 and

I failed in cell O7 which does not equal to any cell from P7 to V7, but if you clearly look there is a minor variance of 1 which is in cell T7.

First of all, I want to derive at the value that is exactly matching my column O values or with a tolerance of +/- 100, after this step if any of the cells P, Q, R, S, T, U &V is reconciled to column O value in a chronological order, then the first matching value should populate in Columns W to AC the data should populate accordingly as per row heading.

For your understanding, the first attribute which is reconciled exactly to the value in cell S2 when compared with O2, I'veWalk request.xls given my comments in cell Z2 as Other Income.

Looking for your further help in successfully completing my request.

    Thank you,
    Swapnaa.

Re: Seeking help in using a Function / Formula in Excel

so for O7 value matches T7 within your +/- 100 and a note should wind up in Divedend + Interest Column(cell AA7) ?
and what exactly are your looking to see in that column? "divedend + interest" or "true" or the actual number at O7 or T7?
not really sure what the expected output is supposed to look like, sorry
