Copying data that is true across two sheets

Hi all,
I have 2 different spreadsheets, one containing all phone numbers and corresponding pin codes across all floors in the building, and a second spreadsheet which just has phone numbers on one floor.
Is there any way I can copy pin codes onto the second sheet from the first without manually searching for each phone extention, as obviously only a select few numbers will be found on one floor.
Unfortanely i cannot share this due to security reasons .

Sounds like a vlookup is needed. If you could post an example with dummy names/numbers in the format you have it should be easily demonstrated.
