Help on a schedule spreadsheet Last scheduled, if scheduled too much change color and more

    Hi all,

Hopefully someone here can help me. I have seen many people with mad excel skills solve other people's so I have hope. I'm putting to gether a schedule sheet and am running into some problems that I just can't figure out. I'll attach my example below so that people can see all that I'm talking about.

The first thing I did was add in a formula to calculate a person's time with us and then based on that calculate how many shifts they've had and work out a tempo. With this info I added a conditional format to change the color if they are over the average, around the average or under the average. I ideally want the name to change to that color but I couldn't figure out how so I improvised and made the cells next to them change for now.

The second problem I'm running into is that I want to have a last shift column and want it to pull the dates they have been scheduled and then find the most recent and post that into the last shift column. I tried doing a lookup and a vlookup and then a large in conjunction but I either get errors or when they have more than one shift in the same section it only reads one of them. For this though I would prefer to have only shifts 1,2,3,and 4 counted since those are actual shifts and 5 and 6 are backup shifts.

Lastly, and I don't even know if this is possible but I would like it on the third sheet to pull the names from the roster and list them out horizontally with a space in between as on the example and under the name put the dates in order they have had a shift and to the right of the shift put which one it was.

Hopefully someone can help me with this. I know it is a lot to ask, but I have been trying to figure this out for days and just can't get it.

    Jeremy
