    Count if

    Hi Everyone!

Currently I am working on a project that requires me to manually enter this data every week and I was hoping my wonderful excel friends could help me with a complex count if formula (not sure thats ecactly what I need either)

On the sheet i have the drivers information and below that are two boxes. IN means hired that week OUT mean terminated that week. I want to keep track of this weekly. One box is for type of truck they drive the other is who their FM is. These numbers should match every week. I want a total of every week how many total we have for the catigores for the end of the week and the also the number we have going into next week.

I know that sounds confusing Im sure but hopefuly someone can help me. Any questions feel free to ask!

    thanks so much!tracking.xlsx

    Re: Count if

Sure! No Problem! Ok each week we have drivers eithe coming in or out of our company. We have to keep track of this weekely. We like to see how many we had when the week started (monday) and the how many we will have going into the next week (saturday).

if a driver comes in i want to change add him to the correct group un B275-B283 in the in colom. I want the number in F275-F283 to change but not the number in C275-C283 but then we the week is over and Sunday comes I want the information that is in F275-F283 to switch to B275-B283 and the process would start all over again.

(the same for the purple box as well)

    Re: Count if

I'm sorry but I think my title is appropriate for what I want. I am trying to count cell values that equal the criteria I have laid out for it.
