formula to calculate # of days between two dates and three dates without counting weekends

    Hello,

I would like to determine how long it would take to process a service request from the time it is received (opened) to the time that the client received the requested services (i.e. completed/closed).

Looking for a formula to calculate between the two dates (Open Date and Completed/Closed) dates without counting weekends and statutory holidays.

Also looking for a formulat to calculate between three dates (Open Date, Order Date and Completed/Closed Date) without counting weekends and statutory holidays.

The months involved in the is calculation are July, August, September and October. The holidays in these months are: July 2, August 6, September 3 and October 8th.

    Thank you
