VLookup - Return multiple values in multiple cells HELP

Hello,

My objective is to Vlookup a range of cells at once, and display values in column 2 of the table array in separate rows on a separate sheet, if that makes sense. For example,

How to I produce the formula so that it returns "General Conditions" and "Site Work Misc." in 2 subsequent cells in a separate sheet?

I need a formula that will look up the Cost Descriptions selected in the drop down box, and display all of the corresponding cost codes (which are in sheet "Cost Descriptions") in the "Cost Code CSV Attempt" sheet in different cells.
