SUMIF with weighted average

I have a formula that calculates me the weighted average (=(L2*K2+(E3*F3))/K3)).
Though I have a list as follow:
Apples
Apples
Pears
Oranges
Lemons
Pears
Oranges
etc.
Now I want to calculate the weighted average of apples, pears, oranges etc separately. So, when I have a new "Pears" I want that it consider all the previous "Pears"and calculates weighted average without considering the other items. Likewise for Apples, Orange, etc.
If I want to sum the values than I use the SUMIF but what should I use for another formula?
