i want to know each employee how much time they have spent in office.

finaly i want know total durition of each employee.

Always describe your query by highlighting the cells with colors and with the expected output and describe the method to calculate with cell / range references. Since you are very much aware of your data but it is new one to us and going through your worksheet without knowing which should be considered and which not will be much more consuming. I hope you understand it and provide some more detail for our easy understanding.
