Search for specific words in a thread ???? ahhhh!

Hi All

I hath placed upon the a challenge....

I am trying to find a formula which can find certain words within a text string and place that word in the next cell, see example in the attached picture.

~ I download data from an external source and in row A is a list of random text.
~ Within this text there are 3 words for which i am searching "Pass" "Fail" or "Reject".
~ I need a formula which can find one of these 3 words and place it in row B as a match.

At the moment i am doing this manually and its driving me crazy, this is just a small sample the actual database is pretty big

Can you help ?
