double word in a row/column

Hi Guys,

hope everyone is doing well!

i really need ur help!!!

how can i delete a double word from a row/column?
Example

A
1 car hire spain spain
2 rent a car spain spain
3 hire a car in spain spain

so and i need to delete from spain spain, the second one.
Remove duplicates doesnt work, because it is in ONE row/coulmn

i´m not a nerd, so no complicates stuff IF POSSIBLE :D just something reallllyyyy easy!!

Find what: spain spain
Repalce with: leave empty
