    Rolling Annual Average

I am tracking production for our physicians on monthly basis. I also want to be able to have a rolling average of the production for the year. My only challenge is that the range i am selecting has 0 values (for the months that didn't happen yet). Those 0 values are there because the column has values derived via a SUM formula.
Is there any way to average the whole year but exclude the 0 values? And when those 0 values turn into a different value, the average will pick them up?

    Thanks.

You could use the Offset formula to do that. Upload a sample file here, and we'll show you how to enter the formula.

    Saw your attachment.
Just use =AVERAGEIF(I2:I13,">0") where you want the rolling average.

Don't forget to click the small star on the left if you feel I helped!
