Fill cell in one spreadsheet with text from a cell in another spreadsheet, conditional...?

HI,
I need help filling cells in SHEET B with text from SHEET A if certain text appears in other cells.

Sheet A is cumulative, all entries, ongoing, with zero to four entries (meaning zero to four rows used) per week.
Sheet B is a formatted report for ONE WEEK only. It may have nothing to report, or it may have up to four rows to report.
Not ALL text from Sheet A goes into Sheet B when there is something to report.
Sheet B must maintain its format.

For example,
in Sheet B B2:
<If Sheet A! B(any row) is "Week of November 5, 2012" then Sheet B!B2=Sheet A!C(that row)

I attached spreadsheet I did by hand,

ALL of SPREADSHEET B is filled with data (text) from SPREADSHEET A, based on the "week of...info"

Problem: the attached only has ONE entry for that week, typically there are 3 or four.

I have 60 of these each week, "by hand" is getting very tedious, of course it is not my actual job, just "other duties as voluntold." so any help is greatly appreciated!
