Question Conditional format of a cell using another cells input

Hi all, Just signed up and this forum looks very useful indeed. Can I ask a Conditional Formatting question please, here goes:

I have a drop down menu in column I that give you a choice of either "student" or "teacher" in each cell in column I. If "Teacher" is selected how can I make Cells in Column F,G,H go red. If Student is selected it remains white??

E.g. If I15 says Teacher, I want to fill F15,G15 and H15 a red colour???? If not remain white..

    I am using Excel 2007 / 2010

    Many thanks in advance

    Jon (hi by the way)

Highlight F15:H15 > conditional formatting custom formula and enter
    =$I$15 = "Teacher"
