Help with a formula

Hello, I am trying to achieve the following; If a cell is a certain value then I want another cell to display a figure. If another value then a different figure etc. etc.

I have tried the following formula but it only runs the first value and ignores the rest. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

=IF(AND(A20<0),15)*OR(AND(A20>=0,A20<=1499),50)*OR(AND(A20>=1500,A20<=2999),90)*OR(AND(A20>=3000),120)
