    Can I copy a formula from one cell and reference the next worksheet

    I have a spreadsheet that lists names of my staff. In each column is the day of the week. I would like to reference the variance column for each daily worksheet for each cashier and list it on a report on another worksheet. How can I copy the formula from the Friday column (=Fri!O3) and paste it to the cell to the right which is the Saturday column and refernce the same information but from the Saturday worksheet and so on.
    WEEK ENDING FRIDAY SATURDAY SUNDAY
    Amy B 30.38 25.24 .83
    Angela F 29.20 4.25 8.12
    Carly M. -4.25 -25.24

    I tried to provide an example but it does not line up well.

    sorry, didnt see that as i was busy in that period. try this in C12:
    =INDIRECT(C2&"!T6")+INDIRECT(C2&"!U6")

    or simply
    =SUM(INDIRECT(C2&"!T6:U6"))
