Lock seclected celles

Here I want to lock the yellow colored cells as I don’t want to know no one to know the records. But I also want to fill the blank cells F5 to K8 and the other cells to be filled by others. Is it possible?

Right click on the cells, Format Cells, there's a LOCKED option under protection. LOCK the ones that you want nobody to alter, unlock the others, and then add in sheet protection under the Review Ribbon.
