Return Data from Dropdown List if they meet the specified criteria's

Hey guys,

Please help with the following attached...

I'm currently wanting to return all names that correspond to the criterias set out (in yellow)... It currently works but when I add more and more names those new names don't show up...

Is there a way of fixing this?

Because sometimes a name will have multiple things attached to it...

Example: It will have multiple "Caisses"... So a name like Michael Monzo could have Caisses 123 and 4567 attached to it... Would it still work? Do you know what I mean?

There has to be a way to expand the (Lines 2 to 6) to ANY line entered no? Like whether I have 5 or 1000 names in the list it shouldn't affect my formula
