Copying formula down page but the row index number will not index to the next number

Does anyone know how I can copy this down the page and have the row index increase by 1 each time?

    =HLOOKUP($B$2,Caboptentry!$1:100,10,FALSE)
    =HLOOKUP($B$2,Caboptentry!$1:100,11,FALSE)
