Repeating Values (move cells)

Hi

Was wondering if anyone had time to look at my sample sheet and help me.

Need to simply repeat B4 across the columns by the number of days in cell A4.

must comtinue across the date range forever

Im not sure I understand what you mean. could you please supply a few examples of what you're expected outcome would be, and how you arrived at that
