    Split String into 4 Parts - Max 30 Characters per Cell and Whole Words

    Hi there,

    I've had a look around but can't seem to find a straight answer.

    We have a product list which needs importing into our backoffice system but the system will only allow up to 30 characters in the 4 description fields. An example field is below;

    'Uni-Ball Signo UMN207 Retractable Gel Ink Rollerball Pen 0.5mm Line Black 9004600'

    The maximum full description size is 100 so therefore 4 columns required.

    So therefore I want to split the data into the 4 columns whilst maintaining whole words (keeping the spaces where they are).

    A straightforward formula I could copy into the 4 new columns would be ideal - thanks.
